1. Introduction
Welcome to Behind the Design. By purchasing our recruiting guide and scheduling a 90-minute training session, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
2. Proprietary Rights
The recruiting guide and associated training session are proprietary to Behind the Design. All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the exclusive property of Behind the Design and is protected by intellectual property laws.
3. Access and Usage
Upon completing your purchase, you will gain access to download the recruiting guide and schedule a 90-minute training session with a Behind the Design trainer. This guide and the training are for the exclusive use of the purchasing company and/or person. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or reproducing the guide and training materials in any form to anyone outside of your organization.
4. Non-Transferable Rights
The rights to use the recruiting guide and participate in the training session are non-transferable. They are granted only to the purchasing entity or individual and cannot be assigned, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred to any third party.
5. Scheduling and Cancellation
You are responsible for scheduling your 90-minute training session with a Behind the Design trainer. If you need to cancel or reschedule the session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session without a refund.
6. No Unauthorized Use
You agree not to use the recruiting guide or training session for any purpose other than that for which it was intended. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to reselling, sublicensing, or sharing the materials with third parties, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads and training services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the recruiting guide has been downloaded or the training session has been scheduled.
8. Limitation of Liability
Behind the Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the recruiting guide or training session. Your use of the materials is at your own risk.
9. Amendments
Behind the Design reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
